We'll handle the digital side of your medical event
Registration and payments, program page, certificates, reminders, streaming, photo search by selfie, virtual expo, preparation planner. You run the program and the speakers — we run the digital side.
What we do
Registration with card checkout
People sign up on the site and pay right there. We collect payments and issue electronic tickets.
A polished program page — no designers needed
Upload the schedule, speakers, and rooms — get a ready-made program page with photos and a timeline. Publish, share by link, embed into your poster — all with one URL.
Personal accounts for everyone
A dedicated area for attendees, speakers, and admins. Who signed up, who paid, who showed up — all visible.
Reminders and campaigns
A week before, the day before, after — invitations, program, streaming link. No one gets left behind.
Streaming page and recordings
Live streaming of talks and recordings with detailed view analytics.
Personalized electronic certificates
Each attendee gets their own certificate with an individual number and authenticity verification.
Smart photo search after the event
An attendee uploads a selfie — gets every shot of themselves from the photo album. Thousands of photos — a minute of work instead of an hour of scrolling.
Virtual expo for sponsors
Partners and sponsors get virtual booths with their branding, materials, and contacts. Less noise — more leads.
Preparation planner with contractors at hand
Break the prep into tasks and deadlines. For each, hire a vetted contractor right from the tool — catering, venue, sound, filming, host.
Case studies
Real events, fully delivered on our platform.
A 4-day international course on radiological imaging. Paid registration, tiers, promo codes, attendee & speaker accounts, personal CPD certificates with QR verification, lecture recordings.
A permanently running association website in three languages — the same digital side, only for continuous work with the community: expert registry, events calendar, news, member accounts, congress registration.
How it works
We meet
A 30-min call. We understand your event: paid or free, attendee count, certificates needed, sponsors involved.
We set up
Your event page, registration and payments, reminder and certificate templates — all prepared.
We run it
Registration goes live, payments tracked, reminders sent. After the event — certificates to attendees, recordings in accounts.
Turnkey full event delivery
Beyond the digital service we also handle the physical side — venue, AV, catering, logistics, hostesses. One contract with medevent.kz, single accountability for the outcome.
Organizing medical conferences and congresses
Multi-track events for 100–1000+ attendees: venue sourcing, AV, on-site registration, badge printing, hostesses. Battle-tested on ACIA 2026.
Running forums and scientific schools for physicians
Formats with parallel tracks, sponsor zones, interactive stations. We handle the ops — you own the program and the speakers.
CPD-course organization with credit certificates
CPD cycles matching Kazakhstan MoH Order № ҚР ДСМ-283/2020. Automatic hours→credits accounting, official-format certificates.

FAQ
Do you organize events yourselves or through contractors?▾
The digital side is ours: registration, payments, CPD certificates, recordings, analytics — that's our product. The physical side (venues, AV, catering, logistics) is delivered through a vetted network of contractors we work with regularly. This is the standard industry model — large event agencies do the same. We just don't hide it. All invoices and communication go through medevent.kz.
How do I organize a medical conference in Kazakhstan with medevent?▾
One demo call, we discuss the format and scope — offline / online / hybrid, number of attendees, whether CPD certification is needed, whether there are sponsors. Then we sign a contract, activate the digital core (event site, registration, payments, certificates) and, if needed, spin up the physical side through the contractor network. From zero to announceable event usually takes 2–4 weeks.
How much does it cost to organize a medical congress?▾
Depends on scope and how much of the work you hand to us. Digital core (registration + certificates + program + streaming) — fixed tariff by event size. Full turnkey delivery — contractor estimates plus our coordination fee. We break it down transparently on the demo.
How are CPD credit certificates issued?▾
Automatically. When the event ends, each attendee who checked in gets a PDF certificate to their email — with hours and the credit-equivalent according to Kazakhstan MoH Order № ҚР ДСМ-283/2020. Unique number, QR-code for verification.
Do we need to find speakers and build the program ourselves?▾
You find the speakers. To build the program and present it on a polished page — we have the tool for that. Plus a preparation planner where for each task you can hire a vetted contractor (catering, venue, sound, filming, host).
We already use our own acquirer. Can you plug it in?▾
Yes — we work with any acquirer that has an API. We'll discuss it on the demo.
Can we run a hybrid format — offline + online streaming?▾
Yes, that's a standard scenario for us. Online attendees register through the same form, pay (if paid), get the stream link, and after the event — access to the recording.
What if it's a one-off event, not a series?▾
That's exactly what we work with. Our ACIA case is a one-off 4-day intensive, fully powered by our side.
Can we run in several languages?▾
Yes. Our deployments in 3 languages (Kazakh, Russian, English) are the norm, not the exception.
